Generator Set Components

Standard control panels used in Teksan generator sets provide comfortable and reliable usage. All measured and statistical parameters, operating modes, warnings and alarms, and the status of the generator can be easily monitored from the control panels. The metal body of the panel, which has an electronic control module and an emergency stop button on the front, is made of steel sheet and painted with electrostatic powder paint.

Automatic Control Panel

It is designed for generator groups that will be utilized as mains backup. When the mains power is cut off, it is activated automatically and gives the electricity attained from the generator to the system. In case mains power is restored, automatically transfers the load to the mains and automatically shuts off the generator

It has an electronic unit with a microprocessor and with features of conservation and control For the operation of the engine and alternator group in a healthy way. Besides allowing controlling automatic -manual – load – no-load test positions, this unit also incorporates measurement devices for visual control.

Manual Control Panel

It is designed for generator groups that wanted to be commanded manually. It is preferred especially in cases that mains power is cut off. Manual control panel; It ensures that Protection precautions are taken and monitoring and control operations are carried out. Protection precautions are ensured by the microprocessor electronic control module.

Transfer Panel

Transfer panels are used to control the output power and reliably transfer of the generator set. For this, İt is required that the generator set has the norms and capacity to meet the output power. In the panels of automatically activated generator sets Contactors, motorized switches, etc. are used. Control of switchgear elements in automatic control systems ought to be done by the generator control unit. In manually activated manual generator sets, Inverter switches can also be used together with the thermal-magnetic circuit breaker located at the power output.

Engine-Alternator

GENERATOR SETS WITH TRAILERS

Mobile generator sets are designed and produced on trailers to be used in open areas and situations that the mobile use of the generator is necessary, especially preferred by sound-light, production, and construction companies. Products with all the equipment required for mobile use can also be designed as “super silent” according to the customer’s request.

Teksan generator sets with trailers provide reliable usage with their designs that facilitate transportation and maintenance, and special paint against corrosion and rust.

Chassis and Fuel Tank

It minimizes the vibration level thanks to its rigid structural design made of steel that can carry the load of the generator set and anti-vibration wedges. All Chassis include lifting eyes. Apart from the standard chassis all of which are produced by Teksan, special solutions designed in the direction of customer requests, provide a great convenience in transportation and placement. In generator sets with a power less than 1600 kVA, the fuel tank is produced as integrated into the chassis. In generator sets with a power greater than 1600 kVA, the rectangular type fuel tank is provided separately with the generator set. Each type of fuel tank has a level indicator.

Cooling System

The system, consisting of a high-quality industrial type radiator, expansion tank, and cooling fan, provides that the generator equipment remains stable at a suitable temperature.

Cabin Features

TEKSAN generator set cabins have the following features as standard;
