Gas Generator

It consists of engine, alternator and chassis. Electrical energy is obtained from the alternator connected to the engine.

 

Emergency Cooling Radiator

It is used for cooling the gas engine. If the heat energy produced is not used in the operation or if less of it comes back to the gas engine, it is bypassed before coming to the gas engine and cooling is provided in the radiators, and when it decreases to the values accepted by the gas engine, the hot water is directed to the engine.

It is possible to cool the HT (Jacket Water) and LT (After Cooler) circuits in the same dry cooler unit.

In the heat exchanger, there are two separate fluid circuits that circulate without mixing, but can transfer heat to each other. By using plate heat exchangers, heat energy is obtained from the body of the engine.

Exhaust Exchanger:

The heat transfer surface of tube heat exchangers consists of pipes.

With these heat exchangers, hot water is produced by taking the energy of the waste heat from the exhaust gases of the engines operating with fuels such as natural gas, LPG, diesel and biogas to the water in the second circuit.

It is the equipment that provides the gas used as fuel to be given to the engine by making it suitable for the input values of the engine. It consists of several different equipment.

Absorption Chiller

It is the part that works with the waste heat obtained from the system and provides cooling energy. There are models that can work with hot water and exhaust gas.

It is an equipment used for cooling the absorption chillers in the trigeneration system.

CONTROL PANELS

It is the panel where all the controls of the synchronization system are carried out. It includes generator control system, engine speed control, gas line and lambda control, synchronization system, ignition and knock and vibration controls.
